How TheSantaSubscription Works

Christmas sorted — one month at a time. Here's everything you need to know.

1. Choose Your Plan

Pick the subscription that suits your family. The Stocking (£34.99/month) gives you 1 Large gift or 2 Standard gifts to pick each month. The Sleigh (£49.99/month) gives you 3 Large gifts or 6 Standard gifts — perfect for bigger present piles or multiple children.

2. Set Up Your Children

After subscribing, add each of your children to your account with their name and age band. We use four age bands to filter the gift catalogue so every pick is age-appropriate:

• Baby & Toddler — 0 to 3 years
• Little One — 4 to 8 years
• Pre-Teen — 9 to 12 years
• Teen — 13 and over

3. Pick Gifts Each Month

From the moment you subscribe, you have access to your monthly picks. Log in, browse the gift catalogue filtered to your child's age, and choose gifts up to your tier allowance. You can change your picks as many times as you like before the 31 October deadline.

4. Choose How You Receive Them

• Receive monthly — your picked gifts are wrapped and sent to you each month.
• Hold for Christmas — all picks are held and dispatched together in November, arriving before Christmas.

5. Finalise by 31 October

All picks must be completed by 31 October each year. After that, your list is locked and we get to work — sourcing, wrapping, and packing everything ready for Christmas.

6. Christmas Morning, Sorted

Every gift arrives wrapped and labelled, ready to go under the tree. No last-minute panic, no December budget crunch.
