Getting Started

How does TheSantaSubscription work?

You pay a monthly subscription, browse our curated gift catalogue each month, and pick gifts for your children. We wrap them and either send them monthly or hold the whole lot for one big delivery before Christmas. Read the full How It Works guide.

When can I start subscribing?

You can subscribe at any time of year. Your picks begin from the month you join.

Can I subscribe for more than one child?

Yes. After subscribing, you add each child to your account with their name and age band. Your monthly pick allowance is shared across all your children's profiles.

Picks & Catalogue

How do I make my monthly picks?

After subscribing, you'll receive login details for your subscriber account. Log in each month, browse the catalogue filtered to your child's age band, and choose your gifts up to your tier allowance.

What are Large and Standard gifts?

Large gifts are higher-value items — with an RRP of £34.99–£44.99+. Standard gifts are brilliant mid-range presents with an RRP of £12.99–£19.99 each. Your plan determines how many of each you can pick per month.

Can I mix Large and Standard gifts?

On The Sleigh plan, yes — you can mix and match freely. On The Stocking plan, you choose either 1 Large gift or 2 Standard gifts each month.

Can I change my picks?

Yes — you can amend any picks at any time before 31 October. After that date, your list is locked and we begin processing.

Delivery

What are my delivery options?

You can choose to receive your gifts monthly (wrapped and posted as you pick them) or hold for Christmas (all picks dispatched together in November). You can switch preference at any time before 31 October.

Do you deliver across the UK?

Yes — we deliver to all UK addresses. We do not currently ship internationally.

How are the gifts packaged?

Every gift is wrapped in branded wrapping paper and labelled with a gift tag. They arrive ready to go straight under the tree.

Subscription & Billing

What are the plan prices?

The Stocking is £34.99/month and The Sleigh is £49.99/month. Both are billed monthly with no long-term commitment.

What value do I get?

The Stocking gives you 2 Standard gift picks per month with a combined RRP of up to £33.98/month. The Sleigh gives you 6 Standard picks with a combined RRP of up to £101.94/month for just £49.99. Plus everything is curated, wrapped, labelled and delivered — saving hours of shopping and wrapping every December.

When am I billed?

You're billed on the same date each month from the date you first subscribed.

How do I cancel?

You can cancel at any time before your next billing date from your account settings. Gifts already dispatched and picks already processed are non-refundable.

What happens if my payment fails?

We'll retry your payment and send you an email notification. If payment cannot be collected, your subscription will be paused until payment is resolved.
